Gregory Hecht and François Bannier first crossed paths while studying for their Master of Wine in Burgundy — one a seasoned buyer for top restaurants, the other shaping wines at renowned Champagne houses. United by a shared passion, they set out in 2001 to craft their own cuvées, dedicated to showcasing the richness of southern France.
