Shipping Policy

  • In accordance with state laws, all orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed entities in the industry, and applicable taxes are paid. 
  • Since the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages are under the control of the individual states, we must abide by each state’s law, and wine cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, MT, OK, RI, SD, and UT. 
  • These wines are imported in very limited quantities, and it is vital that you make yourself available for the delivery. Unless otherwise notified, all orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We offer free shipping for orders of $180 dollars or more. 
  • Customers who give an email address on the order form will be notified of the exact ship date and receive a tracking number. During periods of extreme temperature, the order will be held to prevent damage to the wine. 
  • You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine by federal law. An adult signature is required for all deliveries. The costs of reshipping undeliverable packages will be charged to the customer.

Since the signature of an adult 21 or older is required by law to receive a wine package, many of our customers have their wine shipments sent to their workplace.

We also offer our customers the ability to collect shipment at conveniently located FEDEX hold sites.
